Join Major Substation Projects in Finland and Sweden!
We are currently looking for several experienced Senior Site Managers and Site Managers (Electrical) to join our customer’s high-profile substation projects in Finland and Sweden. These are long-term assignments offering the opportunity to work on technically demanding projects within the rapidly growing power and energy sector.

What we are looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience working with electrical substations, powerplants or industrial installations with high-voltage (HV) or medium-voltage (MV) systems
Proven experience in site management within industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects
Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish or Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
Finnish S1 or Swedish A-authorization is beneficial
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a project environment
